The Image Factor is your official graduation photographer! Congratulations on reaching this milestone! In this article we’ll guide you step-by-step through the simple process of ordering your graduation photos online. Let’s get started!

Step 1: You will see two package options.
The Stage only package – Includes all your stage photos taken during the ceremony
and
The Full House package which includes all your stage photos PLUS one family photo.
Step 2: Once you have selected your preferred package, you will then need to select your institution and the branch. This ensures we match you with the correct graduation photos. You will also choose what format you would like to receive your photos.
Email only : means that you will recieve digital photos via email,
Print only: means that you will receive printed copies
Email & Prints: means you will receive both digital and printed copies.
You also have the option to choose “Additional Photos” such as extra family photos or a full-length solo shot. These are taken on graduation day, in our portable studio setup.
If you have selected printed images, you will need to collect at one of our studios nationwide or select the courier option at an additional cost.
Step 3: Once you are happy with your selections, click “add to cart”. Before proceeding to checkout: Double-check your cart for any duplicates and make sure everything is correct before placing your order.
Step 4: Before we capture your card details, we need some important information to keep track of your order! Fill in the fields accurately and then hit “place order”.
Step 5: Enter your card details to complete payment. Our system is safe and secure to protect your sensitive information.
Once payment is successful, you will receive an invoice via email. Sometimes, it may land in your junk/spam folder, so be sure to check there!
Important: Please bring a copy of your invoice to graduation either printed or as a screenshot – as you will need to show it to the photographer.
