Turnaround Time

All photo orders take up to 45 working days from the date of your graduation.

Identification Responsibility

Graduates are responsible for providing accurate and complete details, including name, institution, and clothes worn on stage (not the gown).
Incorrect or unclear information may result in delays, for which The Image Factor cannot be held responsible.

Online Orders & User Responsibility

For online orders, the graduate confirms that all order details are correct before submission.
User errors, including incorrect selections or information provided, do not qualify for a refund.

Image Quality

Graduation photography is a live event and each graduate is photographed once while walking across the stage.
As there are no multiple attempts or retakes, the graduate is responsible for their pose and expression at the time the photo is taken.
Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the property and copyright of The Image Factor.
Images may not be edited, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Re-sending & Re-printing

The Image Factor retains all images.
Any request to re-send digital images or re-print photographs at a later stage may incur an additional fee.

Communication

All queries must be sent to the official Image Factor contact email provided on your invoice or website.
